   The product I received is slightly different from the picture. Mine doesn’t have the plastic flaps or spokes on the right side. For the money, it is good enough. It fits fine and has all the other features pictured.

   It took a liitle time to get going gut after a reminder, the basket was shipped and received promptly. It is exactly what we needed to prolong the life of our BOSCH dishwasher which is 15 years old: a good machine... but so old that repair parts are rare.
   People were were kind, service was good: nothing but praise.

   Had rusting on the top rack of our Bosch dishwasher.
   Checked prices for a new replacement, which were well north of $400.00.
   Found Dishwasher Repair online, and ordered a previously owned rack. It arrived in good time, but ended up being the wrong one. They worked with me to identify the correct rack, and sent it right away.
   I appreciate this level of customer service, and recommend Dishwasher Repair very highly.

8. Couldn't Be Happier!

   Purchased both the upper and lower racks and it's hard to believe these are refurbished - they look brand new and fit perfectly. The cost difference between these and the OEM is *significant* and while they are *slightly* different, I don't feel as though we sacrificed anything with this purchase and saved a TON of money. And the shipping was exceptionally fast as well.
