   I was expecting it to look good but not perfect since it was advertised as refurbished, but it looks and feels brand new!!!

   So thrilled I found replacement tines - no other company has them so I took a chance! They fit perfectly and now the old rusted ones are in the trash. Would definitely recommend this parts vendor to anyone looking for appliance parts.

   We bought 2 small dishwasher inserts after not finding them from the manufacturer or anywhere else. The owner helped us out by combining two items, and shipped them by priority mail promptly. I would do business with them again easily.
