1. Found a discontinued dishwasher part and it fits perfectly.

   I double checked with the seller to ask whether the part (sold on this website) that I needed for my Bosch dishwasher would fit (I sent him the serial number by email). He wrote back and said it would. I ordered the part. He shipped and it fit perfectly. Great service! And wow. A part that no one else seemed to sell.

   Part was exactly as needed for my 17 year old kenmore elite{Bosch) along with extra mounting parts not usually included from the manufacturer in which you pay for every little part.Iem as described and new coupled with excellent customer service answering all questions and providing very quick shipping.

5. Accurate part number, description and photo

   I have a 15-yr old Bosch dishwasher which I love. It works perfectly fine. One of the racks has rusted after so many years of use. I could not find the part anywhere. The replacement part fit perfectly. It saved me from having to partially use my dishwasher rack, or having to replace the entire bottom tray.

   The parts were the rights one, this was the only distributor that supplied them so am thrilled I didn't have to replace the whole bottom tray.

8. Saved my Dishes, Dishwasher and Wallet

   I have a great dishwasher that I love. After a bunch of clinkers made by Kenmore, we got a Bosch that is awesome.
   
   I have an emotional attachment to this dishwasher.
   
   The tines have rusted over a long period of time and I couldn't find replacement tines anywhere. While you may think the tines are pricey, they are cheaper than a new dishwasher.
   
   It took a lot of research, but I find DishwasherRepair.com, took the risk and got the perfect part.
   
   I am very happy.
