   My ancient dishwasher broke, parts discontinued! Repair Parts came through with flying colors!! The part was perfect, arrived on time, and I absolutely loved the handwritten note with advice on what made it easy to install! Works great, thank you!!

   The part needed for our 1995 Kitchenaid dishwasher is no longer made. RepairParts.com came through with a substitute, with basic but adequate instructions, and everything is working well.

   One recommendation is the instruction sheet of paper was very helpful---but it needs to be taped to the product------I did not see it and almost sent the product back-----Great service.

   This tube works great, and fits snuggly. I think it actually works better than the original part. I think this material is better than the original part.

7. Absolutely Perfect Item and Transaction

   I knew when ordering that this was not the OEM part. Not a problem because the OEM part was not made anymore and not in stock anywhere.Truthfully this part is probably better then the OEM because it is sturdier.
   
   I could have wasted my time going from hardware store to hardware store looking for a vinyl tube, but I don't have the time and I couldn't guarantee it would work and my dishwasher was in dire need of this part!!
   
   I was assured by the owners that if it didn't work I would be reimbursed no problem. Great customer service!
   
   I appreciated the fact that there were instructions on how to install the tube because it was very thick. Also a phone number to help if something went wrong.
   
   Anyway, the tube went on perfectly and is working very well. Thank You!

8. Kitchenaid Dishwasher watter Supply Tube

   When I opened the box I was quite perturbed that what was sent was not what was pictured, nor what I expected. However my very mechanically inclined son happened to be here when I opened it. He looked at the old part with the hole in it, removed it, and then (with some force and ingenuity) attached it and IT WORKS FINE! Much cheaper than calling the plumber, but DEFINITELY overpriced for what it is. Still, life it too short to worry about such things. I am just glad it works!

9. PART SENT WAS NOT PART ADVERTISED

   Part advertised was OEM tube
   Part sent was $1.75 (Home Depot) piece of vinyl braided hose
   The fix worked, BUT
   - no notice from company that part was unavailable and substitute would be sent
   - no refund for the difference (about $26)
   Instead of being pleased with a viable substitute I was ticked at being lied to

10. Perfect

    I am so happy that my dishwasher works like new again thanks to having full water pressure because of this part. My old part had holes in it. Yes, what is sent to customers does not look like what is in picture. However, it fits and functions perfectly.
