1. Thinking Outside the Box (Dishwasher)

   Discontinued hose for my KitchenAid dishwasher. Someone thought "out of the box" and came up with an easy solution to fix the nonexistent hose. I commend them, I wish I had thought of this. A bit expensive, but then great ideas are worth the spend. Product works great and will last a long time.

   Not sure whether to admire your ingenuity or scream fraud. Charging $38 for a 10" piece of marine water hose worth about $2 should be illegal, but it did work

3. Product not as pictured

   Unfortunately I didn't read the complaints from some of the other customers before purchasing. The picture of the product online is deceptive. The product I received does fit the purpose, but is not a "refurbished" part, its' just a vinyl tube that could have been purchased for much cheaper at my local hardware. The amount paid for this on your site was way out of line with the actual product. Change the picture of this part and the description.

   The original part (as you pictured) was replaced with clear tubing that I could have purchased at a Lowes or Home Depot by the foot. So therefor I WAY, WAY overpaid for the product
   It did however, work just fine

   This refurbished part appears to be an exact replacement. It fit perfectly and did the job. Great price and fast shipping.

7. Crappy vinyl tubing.

   I did not receive a "KitchenAid Dishwasher Water Supply Tube WP4171544", I received a random piece of vinyl tubing that is neither the correct diameter or shape of the part I ordered. I am contesting this with paypal.

8. Substituted with Vinyl Tubing

   Very disappointed in what I received. Rather than a "refurbished" Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) WP417154 water supply line, then send me a 7" warped piece of vinyl tubing cut crooked and jagged on each end. I could have gotten this at Home Depot for $2. Instead I paid $27 for this fake substitute part and shipping and I can't even use it.

   I was a little concerned initially because when the part arrived it didn’t look like the picture or the original part. That said, with a little manipulation it went right on and has been working perfectly.
