1. Should have purchased this years ago

   Our dishwasher’s upper rack was in poor condition years ago, but we never really considered replacing it until now. The replacement rack was so easy to install and looks great. The layout for where you place the different utensils is different from our original rack, but it works just as good.

   the rack was indeed the rack that I needed however the rack arrived filthy with crusty food and residue all over the rack. When I contacted the company their response was that you cannot find a new rack for this dishwasher. When I complained that there site says nothing about the rack being used, their response was that they could refund my money but that was the best rack they had. If product is used then advertise as used and at least clean the product before you ship it out. It would have been fine if I knew it was used.

4. Perfect replacement

   The protective coating was coming off the rack, leaving a rusty frame getting rust on my dishes & silverware. This replacement was perfect and has extended the life of my dishwasher. Arrived within a week or so.

   The product I received is slightly different from the picture. Mine doesn’t have the plastic flaps or spokes on the right side. For the money, it is good enough. It fits fine and has all the other features pictured.

10. Slowly but surely

    It took a liitle time to get going gut after a reminder, the basket was shipped and received promptly. It is exactly what we needed to prolong the life of our BOSCH dishwasher which is 15 years old: a good machine... but so old that repair parts are rare.
    People were were kind, service was good: nothing but praise.
