1. We did not need to purchase a new diswasher

   The ciculation pump arrived promptly. The ability to purchase it meant we did not need to purchase a new diswasher. Very satisfying in that regard.
   
   The motor is considerably noisier than the part it is replacing, leading us to suspect a rebuilt part. Not sure about that, just seemed that way from the packaging and noise level. So, rate this a mostly ok yet mixed experience. If the part lasts, it will have been worth it.

2. Used, but not advertised as such

   The pump was clearly used, with corrosion and markings showing that it had a previous life. It was shipped in a box that was too small, and arrived with the box split open and a piece of the motor's aluminum castiing broken off. The broken piece did not affect the operation, so I installed it and everything worked. Since it was used, I don't know whether it has 1 month or 5 years of life left though.
   
   I told the seller about the problem, and they were helpful. They sent a return label, but advised that I could still use it with the piece broken off of the casting. They were right. I appreciated the help, just wish that the website was clear about the fact that the part was used, and wish it had been packed better.

3. Saved the day, and my dishwasher

   After the "nothing we can do" talk with the dishwasher repairman (very professional service BTW), I found the part on DishwasherRepairParts.com. They came through with flying colors. In stock, fairly priced and delivered on time. What more could you ask? Thank you!

4. Avoided having to buy new dishwasher.

   The part I ordered fit. Although not the same model number, I received instruction on how to wire it. Great advice. Some issue with delivery delay, but overall good this is a good vendor.

6. Put a 21-year-old Bosch back in use

   After having a Bosch serviceperson give me the "can't help you" and "there are no parts" and then charge me $150 to do so, I Googled up this item.
   
   After some helpful email from Al, I received the replacement and set about to install it myself. With a couple good YouTube videos and a few hours I was able to swap in the new circulation pump and power things back up. I hit one snag when I had things all apart, but once again Al came to the rescue and set me straight.
   
   It was pretty satisfying to see this unit back in operation, and I certainly feel more confident about doing any future maintenance it may require - and best of all I didn't add a perfectly useful item to the landfill.

7. Bosch SHV46C03UC/14 Pump

   I have 2 of these Bosch dishwashers. One of them failed and after consulting forums and YT videos, I decided to attempt to fix this myself. While this pump is discontinued by the manufacturer, I was able to find it here. While it was out of stock, the owner said he was going to get some in the following week. Once received, he promptly shipped it out to me. When I finally got time to install it, it was indeed a perfect match and is working flawlessly. Thanks!

9. Reasonable Cost for a Discontinued Part

   I'm glad I found this company, it was beginning to look like we would have to buy a new dishwasher. It now is in good working order again and we have some replacement racks coming to complete the refurb job on our 21 year old Bosch unit.

10. They had what I needed when no one else did!

    Finding a circulating pump for a 17-year-old Bosch Dishwasher seemed impossible until I looked here. I was a little skeptical, but I received exactly what I ordered, and it works like a charm. Great price also. Hoping for another 17 years out of this one.
