Right product, but it's used...

Yes, it's the correct product & it works, but the item is used. I was disappointed by that piece. I don't think anywhere on your site it says you sell used parts. It had scratches all over it, we had to take it apart to fit it in it's correct place & it had dishwasher residue all through it. That's gross!
Please post somewhere on your site that you sell used parts!
