1. DIFFERENT THAN ORDERED. I AM HAPPY

   Ordered Dishrack Assembly W10161215 pictured above.
   I received a DIFFERENT dishrack assembly than ordered. The new rack did fit over the center water spout hole in my dishwasher perfectly. It what makes the dishwasher wash.(the center water spout is not showing in the picture above) It worked so I kept it. I do have to give these guys credit as they know what they are doing. They sent a rack that would accommodate the position where the water spout had to be installed by me. That is what makes the washer wash.(I had the spout from old rack) It worked perfectly. Talked to service about error. Very nice people. I am happy,I did not have to buy a new modern dishwasher as, as old as mine is it still works perfectly. I AM HAPPY. RACK GOOD QUALITY. REASONABLE PRICE.

   Needed to replace the lower rack in our Whirlpool dishwasher and was finding they were $600+. Found this for much less. Great customer service and it arrived in about 1 week!

4. Better Than Original

   The bottom rack for our Whirlpool Quiet Partner II dishwasher had tines breaking so looked to replace. Found offers on Amazon and elsewhere from $200 plus. Stumbled upon DishwasherRepairParts.com and found this refurbished one at less than half the price. Item was here within a week and it is actually a nicer configuration of racking than the original and fits perfectly. Owner even called me to warn the color may be different but it matched our original.

   Not only was the replacement part for our dishwasher an excellent fit, I received great customer service. I called with a question about the part and I got a recommendation for an upgraded model for the same cost. It was half the price from the manufacturer!!
   It was refreshing talking with someone so kind as well as knowledgeable-thank you!!!!

9. Item as promised, in good condition, fit correctly

   Not much else to say, the product was just right and in good condition. Wheels worked, it fit right and all tines in good shape. The initial order got bogged down a bit and I had to call to get it sent but then the shipping was fast and came to the right place.

10. must be "universal"

    So the lower dishrack I received was not as pictured. Those roller brackets have a "bumper" on them that makes it too wide to fit inside. The basic basket design is very similar to what was original so I might swap parts to make it work. The price was good, not sure if spending more elsewhere would have gotten me an original part or this same universal one.
