1. Perfect replacement for lower dishwasher rack

   We needed a replacement for the lower rack on our dishwasher. This was at a competitive price and arrived quickly. It saved us from having to replace the unit. Someone from the company called us to ask if it would be ok to provide one that wasn't an exact color match, and we so appreciated the personal touch.

   They promptly called after the pictured one was not in stock, but a different one was...which turned out to be even better.

3. It works

   The one I received seemed to have a bit of wear. Nothing show stopping just a little bit of noticeable wear. The rack fits and I was able to replace a rack that had taken a turn for the worse with rusting. This was worth the lower price than you can find at Whirlpool, Amazon or anywhere.

5. Excellent Replacement

   It's a shame that a part that does not last the life of the dishwasher costs almost as much a new dishwasher. Whirlpool wants $600. Even on Amazon I was seeing over $200.
   
   This replacement was a lot cheaper and feels the same quality as the original. It was an easy slide in replacement and after quite a few cycles, has not disappointed. I'm very pleased with this replacement.

6. New or refurbished?

   I had thought this was a new rack since other racks were listed as refurbished, but this one wasn't. When it arrived with some damaged areas painted over I was a little surprised. The paint didn't match either. White on a light gray rack. It appeared some rust had been painted over too. The price is much better than other racks though so that helps. Other folks seem to be happy with theirs so maybe this one was more of a fluke. It fits perfectly in the dishwasher! Installed easily and the parts from my rack fit right in! Wheels were included just as shown. Plus a couple bumpers on the front that keep it positioned correctly when the door is closed.

   The dishwasher rack wasn't exactly the same as the original but it was darn close. it was well packed from your warehouse and was delivered undamaged. I was really pleased with the whole experience.

8. Just Like New

   The just like new bottom rack shipped in a very timely fashion and arrived just as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived with the wheels attached to the rack. All I had to do was install the stoppers on the front and I was good to go. Great service and great product.

9. Just what I needed

   I can't replace my dishwasher, but the bottom rack had several worn spots that were rusty and discoloring my dishes. So happy to find this solution. The rack looks like new, and there was no way I could spend the $500 that other vendors wanted for new. Very happy with this. Shipped and arrived quickly.

    Ordered Dishrack Assembly W10161215 pictured above.
    I received a DIFFERENT dishrack assembly than ordered. The new rack did fit over the center water spout hole in my dishwasher perfectly. It what makes the dishwasher wash.(the center water spout is not showing in the picture above) It worked so I kept it. I do have to give these guys credit as they know what they are doing. They sent a rack that would accommodate the position where the water spout had to be installed by me. That is what makes the washer wash.(I had the spout from old rack) It worked perfectly. Talked to service about error. Very nice people. I am happy,I did not have to buy a new modern dishwasher as, as old as mine is it still works perfectly. I AM HAPPY. RACK GOOD QUALITY. REASONABLE PRICE.
