Warranties
All items purchased thru Dishwasher-repair-parts.com come with a 90 day no questions warranty including second time shipping for the identical part to be sent.

Returns
Dishwasher-repair-parts will accept any in stock item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Special Order items are not returnable. We do require that the item was not used or damaged in any way (must be resalable) and that is to be return in the original, undamaged packaging.

 Refunds

 Due to constantly circulating  inventory due to product being sold and shipped and arrival of new product not being totally consistent ie since we cannot simply order a quanity of a particular product there is the possibility that what our customer has ordered is not currently in stock . In this event our customer is contacted by phone and email and presented with three options   1. Immediate  NO QUESTIONS -- FULL REFUND  2.  A substitute product that will fulfil the same purpose / function as the part they have ordered   3.  The choice to delay shipping date until we acquire the exact product  ordered with option to cancel and refund anytime prior

Sales tax
The dishwasher-repair-parts warehouse is located in Vancouver WA. We are required thru state law to charge Washington residents the State sales tax rate, currently 8.3%. This tax will automatically be added to any orders shipped to any Washington state address.
