The timer I received was just what I needed to fix my Viking dishwasher, which is now running again as before. This timer was available nowhere else and saved us (for now) from the necessity of replacing the machine at great cost. I had a cordial and prompt reply to my request and am very grateful for the help I received. If only all American businesses were like this one!

I was able to find a part for my Asko dishwasher at repair parts that I could not find anywhere. It was a reconditioned part and it worked perfectly. Also the people there helped me with transferring the wiring over during a phone call. Great service!

Well...the part was perfect...unfortunately the dishwasher was a complete disaster....the wire harness was toast so I never used the part
