1. Rack did not fit

   Rack was supposed to fit may model Maytag dish washer.
   It did not fit at all.

2. Happy with our dishwasher rack

   We have a 20 yr old Maytag dishwasher and were were having difficulty finding a replacement dishwasher rack. Maytag had stopped production of the rack. Then we found Dishwasher Repair, we spoke with Paul and he was most helpful in finding a replacement dishwasher rack for us. We are very happy with our product. 3. Maytag lower dishwasher rack

   I love our refurbished lower rack, it is so nice now to not have the dish holders to be cover with plastic coating. We have replaced the to rack a few years ago for the same thing, the plastic melts and then the holders turn rusty. My husband found this place online, so I told him to call since they were the only one to have what we needed. He left a message and the gentleman called us back within 10 minutes and we placed the order online while still on the phone. Was a pleasant, easy ,friendly business.

4. Expensive but it works

   The original part number was out of stock. Seller suggested this one. After confirming returnability with seller, I ok'd it. It's a different configuration but it fits fine and works well.

   The water here wears out my dishwasher racks in a couple of years. This place always comes through for me at a great price as opposed to new. Products are of good quality.

8. JUST WHAT I NEEDED AND GREAT SERVICE

   I ordered a Maytag dishwasher lower rack. They didn't have the exact rack, but were able to provide me with a replacement that is working out very well. It's a little smaller than the original, but fills my needs and much less expensive than a new dishwasher.
   The person filling the order reached out to me and allowed me to choose which substitute rack I would like. He was very nice and helpful.
   The part arrived quickly. Thank you for such great service!

    Do not hesitate buying a product from this distributor. Delivery was fast and timely, especially for a "hard to find" product.
    Thank you for your service!! The lower dish rack is like brand new and we couldn't be happier!! Only 1 suggestion: Consider making your website easier to find amongst much higher priced competitors.
