Additional Charges Beware

Ordered and received item (Upper Dishwasher Rack) for $146.30 usd which was shipped UPS who I then had to pay additional charge of $57.06 which was not stated or showen in orginal online purchase or invoice when received from D Copeland Appliance Parts Repair Service in Vancouver WA USA. Not the kind of service any customer would appreciate. Still wait for email reply from the company and don't intend to pay further lond distance phone charges after incurring charges of 57.06

Authentic Mfg. Part for a great price

I purchased this complete upper rack assembly for my Kitchen Aid Dishwasher for a great price! It is the original Kitchen Aid assembly and was completely interchangeable with mine. I had seen replacements on other sites for much higher $$$ that were not original and not the complete assembly. Dishwasher repair parts is a great find.
