fits, works, short wait

I was hoping for a rack with the gray coating. It would then match my new lower rack. And I was once told the gray is a better quality. However I got the cream colored coating. This is like the original. The original needed replacing due to rust through. Never-the-less, I am glad to have it and happy it fits and works. It ought to last a good while. There was a short wait for the item to be available. I was happy to wait for it. Greatful. Thank you.

The only source for our dishwasher upper rack

The upper rack for our Matag dishwasher is no longer made new. The rack we received looked nearly new and was in good condition. Their customer service is second to no one as they didn't originally have a rack and let us know it might take a while to find one. They found one in about a month. Glad we waited.

This rack, looks new, but was sold and priced as used. Very nice.
When there was going to be a delay the proprietor phoned me, and I agreed to wait, rather than cancel the order. It was worth the wait
