Purchased both the upper and lower racks and it's hard to believe these are refurbished - they look brand new and fit perfectly. The cost difference between these and the OEM is *significant* and while they are *slightly* different, I don't feel as though we sacrificed anything with this purchase and saved a TON of money. And the shipping was exceptionally fast as well.

Our replacement rack is working great. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when the order was initially place but Al was great in dealing with us and resolved our concerns without hesitation. We are pleased in our dealings with these folks and would not hesitate to purchase from them again when needed.
