The unit arrived in great shape with good packaging. Everything I needed for the installation was there. The unit worked great and my dishwasher is back in business saving me a lot of money by not having to replace it. I had never worked on a dishwasher before and found detailed "how to" videos on youtube which I would highly recommend for the inexperienced.

Although used, believe that the parts could have been cleaned up to look better. Unit was functional and hope that it will give a few years of service. Price was very good at $ 50.00 compared to new at $ 185.00.
Packaging could be better as surprised there was no damage for such a heavy part.
