Ordered the W10280784 dish rack for my 2007 Maytag MDBH975AWB. I was promptly contacted and told the rack was out of stock and offered a substitute. Pleased to report the substitute rack works well - it fits in my dishwasher, is in great shape, and came with two silverware holders. I did dock a star for the wheels though - they are flimsy and wiggle around excessively, causing the rack to "derail". Not vendor's fault though. Timely shipping and responsive site, and I highly appreciate you saving me from buying a new dishwasher over a mere rack! Thank you!

Arrived well packaged with the utensil tray. Had to rearrange the rear movable tines but otherwise it was like new condition.

Our local parts distributor here in Dallas wanted over $300 for the part we needed for our JennAir dishwasher. Their counterperson was kind enough to give me the part #; I entered just that # into google search and, Voila!

Received in good condition. Missing parts of the rack. I wish I knew that it would not be shipped complete, so I could have searched for more options. But, received as shown. The upper rack came complete.

While the product I received was in very good condition and at a fairly good price, considering it is a gently used product, I was disappointed to not have all the normally associated pieces of the unit included with it. I.E. The convertible tine row, the silverware holder.
