We ere so grateful for your site. The part you had available was in excellent shape. Fit perfectly and saved us from having to replace an old, but perfectly fine working dishwasher. It’s unfortunate manufacturers discontinue making parts for older machines. Of course, that forces people to have to buy new, which is wasteful when the machine you have still works! So frustrating! Thanks so much for suppling so many with parts that can’t be purchased elsewhere. Believe me, I looked! Finding your site was a Godsend!

I have an older KitchenAid Dishwasher that works great. I had a small part that was rusty and couldn't find the part.
Found this Company that refurbishes parts. Just like new! Amazing service! So happy to have located this company!!!

This insert is obsolete with Kitchen Aid and no longer available on the large appliance parts sites. Kept searching the net and was thrilled to find it on this site. It came quickly and was perfect---but I had ordered the wrong part! Fortunately I was able to exchange it for the right insert. Very happy with the purchase and service.
