perfect replacement

My old dishwasher still works great but the rack was in bad shape. Couldn't find a new replacement but the refurbished one came quickly, looked new, and fit perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new dishwasher.

One year after replacing the lower Dishwasher rack, everything is in excellent condition. The rack JUST fits with the door closed - but works great. For a refurbished part, this is actually better. Good investment!

Just what I needed for my Kenmore dishwasher

I was looking to replace the bottom rack of my Kenmore dishwasher due to rust damage and missing pins. Found what I needed in the website. It was going to be shipped to me but I needed as soon as possible. So I drove to Vancouver and picked it up. Still waiting to get a refund for $11.10 that i paid for shipping costs. But the rack fit fine

I'm always a little hesitant when buying "refurbished" items. I shouldn't have been with this one. The rack looks and functions like brand new. Now my 24 year old dishwasher functions and looks like NEW.

Absolutely the most perfect purchase I have made. It was shipped immediately. The dishrack was exactly as stated and pictured and worked perfectly to replace my old, very hard to find Kenmore rack. It actually looks new. Price was good for a hard-to-find replacement part. Would definitely buy from again. Thank you!

We ordered it. It arrived when they said it would. It's a perfect replacement except for the color (grey instead of white), but that's what they advertised.

Appeared to be brand new. An exact replacement for the lower rack of our Kitchenaid, which was missing 15 or 20 of the original tines.
