Great service, saved a lot

We needed a replacement upper rack for a 15 year old Miele dishwasher. The dishwasher is in excellent condition and we are very happy with it, but the upper rack for some reason rusts out every few years. Initially Dishwasher Repair Parts did not have the rack, but I checked back a few weeks later and it was now in stock. A new rack from Miele would cost 3 times as much, and may not be available, or the other option would have been to buy a new Miele for $1,500. We received the rack a couple days after ordering it , it was in great condition and we are very satisfied with it. Getting this part from Dishwash Repair Parts saved us a lot of money.
