Better than the original

We bought a condo with a Miele dishwasher. The lower rack had bent tines and an odd layout. The replacement rack helped me keep the existing dishwasher--a big savings! And my dishes fit better in the replacement.

This rack fit perfectly in my Miele dishwasher . It appears to be just as good as the original rack if not more utility.

We have been looking for this rack for more than a year. The pricing was crazy. Dishwasher repair parts sold for a reasonable price. Thankful I found this site! Gentlemen on the phone was very helpful insuring it was the correct rack. It arrived & fits perfect.

New racks work better than the old ones.

My nine year old Miele DW still works well but the middle and the bottom rack had become seriously rusted. Mr. Copeland was a pleasure to work with and sent me replacements for both the middle and bottom racks. Both work well and seem to be better than the original racks.

The new rack seems well made, and has a slightly different arrangement that I prefer over the previous layout. One piece was detached and it took me a minute to figure out where it belonged.

Dishwasher is like new again

My dishwasher was in perfect working order however the lower rack was showing wear and tear from the previous homeowner. Replaced the lower rack and it looks and works just like new.
