This refurbished Maytag Lower dishwasher Rack W10139223 is great. I looked at buying a new one and it was nearly $1,000. This was around $150 plus tax. It does not have the rust I had on my original rack. It's great! I put it in backwards and thought I got the wrong one. The directions said to lay both racks side by side, so they could compare. They are the same. This new one is not as tall as the old one, but I never used the height of it anyway. I think this so much is better. It's a near match for the color of the top rack. It looks like it belongs and has always been there. We had to look up how to take off the old middle sprayer to save (twist counter clockwise) and all the wheels. (just pop them off)
I'm very pleased and it's cleaning our dishes just like the old sprayer-bottom rack did.

Heavy cycle, I just rinse the dishes - I do not have to scrub all the food off. (I do scrub chocolate, for some reason it doesn't come off in the heavy cycle.)
A great product and a great price!

I'm so happy that the old dishwasher got a new rack! It's a perfect fit and it looks brand-new. I've been looking around for a while and I'm so pleased that a componer like this exists.

We were glad to find an expensive dishwasher parts business. Our dishwasher was in good condition, but the bottom rack showed areas of broken parts and rust. We decided to replace this part instead of the entire appliance. It was easy to place the order on line with this company. When the delivery of the part was delayed, we received a call, apologizing and indicating when we could expect delivery. We appreciated this good customer service. The part arrived yesterday, in the time noted, and effectively matched the part it was replacing. There were small areas showing refurbishment, but otherwise in good condition. We’ve used our dishwasher a couple times, with the recently purchased part, and it worked very well.
