2. Replace WP8564543 control board

   Control board WP8564543 order #17619 July 4th 2022 fixed my dishwashers failure to operate problem. But, the previous control board (also a WP8564543) order #15151 July 1st 2021 only lasted a year and 3 days. I now have $293.50 invested in your control boards and will buy a new dishwasher if the new control board fails before I purchase another control board from you.

4. not a good experience

   After ordering a control board, I was advised it was not new but "refurbished". After installing the second hand control board (that did not work at all), I purchased and installed a factory new control panel, from a different company, (not the control board) that fixed the problem. A couple of hundred dollars vs several hundred for a new machine. Watching how to videos helped make the repair easy. Buck

   This was the second control board that did not fix the problem. Maybe some other thing is wrong.

   I installed the board and the dishwasher worked fine until it turned off, then it turned back on,and on,andon,andon. you can"t turn it off and the company won't reply to my emails.

10. Exactly what was needed

    My dishwasher was acting strange, not finishing the cycle and occasionally not draining the water completely after the cleaning cycle. Pump seemed to be fine (it would drain properly on other parts of the wash cycle), and the drain tube was clear. Figured it had to be the board.
    
    I was bummed to find out that the board was already discontinued by the manufacturer, but was excited to see that dishwasher-repair-parts.com had them in stock. Replacing the old board was easy (check YouTube), and after two wash cycles so far, our dishwasher looks to be back to normal!
