Just what we needed

Our dishwasher works just fine, but the lower dishrack had so many tines broken off that we couldn't put many items in the dishwasher anymore. We looked at replacing just the lower rack, but many companies were asking $400 - $600 for JUST the dishrack. We could have purchased a brand new dishwasher for that much money. We even went to Best Buy to see what they had. Then, I came across your website and got an exact replacement which fit our dishwasher perfectly! We are very happy customers.

The correct part delivered on-time

The part seemed new and was priced much lower than the Sears Parts Store. FYI, my part came with spacers on the wheel assemblies, but the rack fit too tightly into my dishwasher with the spacers attached, so I removed them; this was easy to do. I would buy from http://stores.dishwasher-repair-parts.com again.

Needed a new rack, found at a 3rd of the price

This has been a very good experience, the rack is perfect, it works better than the original we needed to replace, shipping was good, just no real tracking, but it showed up earlier than I expected. The shipping cost was high, but if I bought from sears parts store, it would have been close to 350.00, and I would have bought a new dishwasher if that was all I could do. So to anyone that needs a part and these guys have it, I don't think you can go wrong, thanks
