I purchased the upper and lower replacement rack and my dishwasher looks new again. There was no rust and the color of both were the same (dark grey). Excellent value. The two new racks were less than one brand new one. Highly recommend!

This item has been discontinued by Viking (and by Asko, the original manufacturer), so finding a like-new used one is a blessing. It is a perfect fit for the dishwasher and the silverware rack fits into it, just like the original one.

Purchased both the upper and lower racks for our Viking dishwasher and both look brand new and fits perfectly. Great price ($143 ea), compared other options and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend and will use for any future appliance parts!
