These baskets see a lot of abuse from sharp things dropped into them -- it's great to get a like-new (new?) basket for this price. Perfectly and very carefully packed-- this is now my go-to for replacement parts.

Not sure why, but I did not realize the dishwasher cutlery basket wasn't going to be new so was surprised when it arrived a bit worn. Anyway, it fits well and works fine in my 11 year old dishwasher! Price, communication and delivery were great and I would recommend this company.

Item is a quality item and priced very well. Upgrades to the original basket include some metal trim to keep sharp utensils from digging into the plastic.
