I purchased a touchpad for my dishwasher, expecting that it would have the electrical parts behind the panel. It did not. I didn't realize that it was the touchpad only. I called to ask about the "guts" behind the panel. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, and was able to find what I was looking for. He called me the next day, and confirmed that the part had been shipped. This will save me the cost of a new dishwasher!

The screw holes on my original control panel were stripped and broken and I had the thing taped onto the door. These folks sent me an original refurbished replacement. There are NO new ones available anywhere. Five minute intallation with a Phillips screwdriver. No issues at all!

it took 2 weeks to get thru usps and the part had slightly different options than my original control panel, ( even tho it was the same part number), but i installed it and it works great. definitely worth the money. Thanks!
