   Like new condition, perfect fit & function. This is the only place I could find the correct rack for our 20 year old dishwasher & I'm very glad they're here!

   We could not be more pleased. It was he correct item and fit perfectly to replace old, rusted lower rack. Really appreciated getting a phone call, shortly after placing the order, to verify the shape of the rack we needed in our dishwasher.

   Replaced the old rusted & broken bottom rack in a Kenmore 665.15625690, easy to swap the center wash post & silverware rack.

   Have been trying to find the lower rack for our older Kenmore dishwasher for 5 months & we kept getting sent the wrong one! When we contacted this company they assured us this would fit & it does!
   
   No more dishpan hands!!

   This company went out of their way to find a dishwasher rack to fit my machine & in the color I wanted. It arrived today. I installed it immediately, perfect fit. I am so happy to not look @ the old rusting one it replaced. And it cost me less than half the price of other WEBsites. Communication is key. Talk to them, tell them what you need, be patient, they can probably find it for you.

   Very happy with this purchase. Yes it is gray instead of white. Big deal. Our 22 year old rack was missing half of the posts and was rusting out. This replacement is a perfect fit. Again we are very pleased with this and highly recommend this company!

9. Worked perfectly in our dishwasher

   I was a little worried that the rack, when it came, wouldn't fit quite right in our dishwasher even though our dishwasher model # was on the list for what the rack would work with. It came yesterday, fit right in, and held a big load of dishes last night when we ran a complete cycle. The old rack was a mess with broken tines. We are so happy!

10. Perfect fit

    I tried finding a replacement lower rack for our Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher through the Sears direct on line site. They sent a Whirlpool equivalent replacement part, took 12 days to deliver, and it did not fit at all. At least the return process was straight forward, and I got a card credit.
    I then went browsing for the exact part number and found it on the dishwasher-repair-parts.com site. I crossed my fingers.
    The delivery came in less than a week, fit perfectly, even the same color, and at 60% lower price! Very satisfied customer.
