Lower dishwasher rack

We have an older GE dishwasher and had been searching for a lower rack for quite some time, but to no avail. After yet one more search, I saw a photo on the company's website that matched our unit. We ordered the rack and it arrived in just a few days...and it was exactly what we wanted. Customer Service had even called to confirm that the color of the rack was acceptable to us. Overall, it proved to be a great experience dealing with Dishwasher Repair Parts.`

I was having a difficult time finding the bottom rack, which as rusting, for my older GE dishwasher. I emailed the brand and the dimensions of the rack to the company. They responded quickly and said they had a rack but it was a quarter inch off the dimensions I sent them. They sent me a picture with their dimensions. I remeasured the rack and I had measured wrong. It was the same dimensions they sent me. They got it in the mail that day! I was very relieved that I didn't have to buy a whole new dishwasher. I highly recommend Dishwasherrepairparts.com!

Old dishwasher rack was rusting out and falling apart after 15 years, only normal. Getting this new lower dishwasher rack was a perfect solution since new dishwashers are over $1000 and even though I’m in Canada this replacement rack was only $260 taxes and duties included. Thank you.

The product serves its purpose, and fits, the wheel did not rolls as well as our old one, so I replaced them with our previous dishwasher rack. The reason for replacing it was because our old rack started pealing and showed rust which was getting orange marks on our dishes. The only other surprise was how much duty it cost after the shipping charges.

I received a perfect rack for my old dishwasher and the service was superb.

What else is there to say - it's a dishwasher rack. Price was comparatively good, shipping was a ridiculously high cost, but others were of either higher total cost or out of product.
