Part did not fit - Follow Up

In a follow up on my earlier review. I have since managed to contact the team by phone and have had a very positive experience. Great customer service with direct communication.

Part did not fit

When I tried to install this product it did not seat correctly in the washer. It broke when trying to fit it as the other racks fitted. I have sent 3 emails requesting a return authorization, credit or replacement and have had no response. At this point I am considering declining the credit card charge.

This part looks much like similar parts that are asymmetrical mirror images of this part. I have previously ordered the right part and received the wrong part. Not this time. Right part, first time and good price. Thanks.

Item & shipping is nearly half the price of any where else.

Part number and photo are not correct

The product that was shipped is not what is shown on the web site. I ordered the left rear cup holder but received left front cup rack. The actual part appears to be of good quality and fits like original. Price is reasonable for the quality of the part.

I was happy to find this dishwasher part at a fraction of the cost of what the manufacturer was offering it at. It is the same quality as the original part.

We were elated that there was a company who offered the parts we needed for our Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. Having had the dishwasher for 12 years, we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for such small parts. Dishwasher Repair Parts had what we needed at a truly reasonable price and we thank them for it. Hopefully we can find future parts from them as we love our Fisher & Paykel and hope to keep it going for as long as possible. THANKS!!!
