I received the in an unacceptable fashion. the switches were only wrapped in a cotton gauze put loosely in a shipping box. I realize you state these are pre-owned products, but I was counting on you testing these before shipping. Let it be known the dishwasher was completely disconnected from the electrical service prior to installation. I suspect these switches were not operable. I've since found another supplier and am requesting a refund.
