Well it works

Purchased control panel after my second one had failed. Many competitors had the part on backorder. I paid extra for the part but was happy that they had in stock. I received the part in a fair amount of time but upon opening the box that's when the disappointment hit. It was dirty and looked used (not even close to the photos shown). The post did not say it was a used part anywhere. After many unreturned phone calls, I decided to cut my losses and see if the part worked. It does (so far).

Needed a KitchenAid dishwasher control panel after multiple buttons failed. Found same part number and pictures confirmed it was the same panel. Purchased used panel at half the cost from DishwasherRepairParts.com. Shipped within days, packaged well and arrived about a week after ordered. It worked perfectly to repair my dishwasher.

A couple of the buttons on the touch panel started failing. DishwasherRepairParts.com had the part in stock. It arrived quickly, was easy to install and worked like a champ!

Great help to find a replacement part

Al Copeland worked with me to find this replacement part which was out of stock, either as a new or used part. Al tested other parts as potential alternatives. He finally found the exact replacement and quickly sent it. We got the part and installed it to repair my terminally broken dishwasher in time to use the washer to clean up after a family party. everyone is happy!
