The detergent and rinse aid dispenser was in excellent condition. Had to look close to see it was not new. Was a perfect match for my appliance. Due to circumstances not associated with Dishwasher Repair Parts, I had to send it back. The manufacturer of my appliance glued the outer panel to the door interior insulator. I would have bent the outer panel if I removed it to replace the dispenser. I tried several ways to break the adhesive without success.

Whirlpool Soap / Rinse dispenser was exactly as shown on the website; all other sites wanted to sell me a superseded part; this site had the EXACT original part I wanted; the used part was clean and in good condition; reasonable price; fast shipping; very well packaged; EXCELLENT customer service; easy to talk to a real human being who cares about his customers and is willing to take care of any after-purchase issues (this is rare in online sales)

Kitchen Aid Detergent Dispenser

I wasn't able to get the original style dispenser to replace my leaking one. This style is no longer manufactured but I was able to get one here. Looked great fit perfectly and was less than half the price of the substituted replacement. I would definitely shop here again.
