Painless ordering and a quick delivery of what looked like a brand new part. I liked that it came with a new rubber washer and plastic clip on it in case the ones from the installed one were bad. The install was a PITA, but that is on the ASKO design of the washer and not this part. I would definitely order parts from this store again – thanks.

Fast shipping. The part I received was used -- not what I expected as the other review here states they received a new part. It would be helpful to know if the parts are reconditioned, salvaged or new. Others might be looking exclusively for a new part.
